I sandblasted the brake master cylinder and the proportioning valve and refinished with Cast Steel paint. I switched to the disc brake proportioning valve from the old car and the lines that I had purchased from Inlinetube.com a couple years ago. The only line not replaced was the one that runs from the front of the car to the rear (the LONG ONE) - only because the driveshaft cut right through that one on the old car!

The brakes worked before I tore the car apart and that line didn't leak, so I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed.

I also took this time to install the Line Lock. I still have to get a brake line to go from the master cylinder to the line lock, but I have everything else fitted.

Body is Cast Steel and the lid is Cast Aluminum paint

The disc brake proportioning valve.
I had to drill new holes to install, but there were factory dimples to tell me where to drill!
I didn't want to hack up the original line, so I used a piece of line from the old car and adapted it to the original.

Here's the Line Lock installed.
