Finally got around to doing some of "small stuff" in the engine bay:
Installed the heater hoses.
Fabbed up a bracket to hold the Lokar transmission dipstick to the firewall. (Yes, I will be blasting those bolts and refinishing ;) )
Lengthened the wires for the alternator, since the I6 alternator is on the driver side and I needed the wires to reach the passenger side. I hid the connections in a piece of rubber hose.
Lengthened the wire for the coil, since the I6 coil is on the passenger side and I needed the wire to reach my remote mounted coil. I didn't like the look of the bright yellow wire running across the engine bay, so I hid it in a vacuum line.
Fabbed up a coil bracket that used an existing hole in the engine bay.
Installed dist gear and wired the Mallory Unilite distributor. Also installed the ballast resistor.
Installed new Autolite 64 spark plugs and my old Accell 8.8mm plug wires. (I will be replacing the plug wires with a black set)
