I used a 2½" diameter pipe and cut it down to about a 2" length.
Then I put the pipe and the control arm in a vise and proceeded to tighten it down to press the old bushing out. Unfortunately, I ended up only pinching the control arm!
So I found something that was the proper width to stop the arm from pinching.
I twisted the vise to get the bushing started.
Once the bushing started to move, I found a socket that was the same diameter of the bushing and pressed the bushing the rest of the way thru.

My piece of 2½" pipe was getting pretty distored in the vice,
so I decided to get a flat piece of metal to provide some backing.
I pressed the bushing as far as I could...
...then I used a socket that was the same diameter as the bushing to press it out the rest of the way.
Just one of the bushings was being stubborn.
I managed to get everything out of the bushing
So I got the reciprocating saw out and cut a little slice
out of the bushing ring.
Be careful not to cut too deep! You don't want to damage the control arm.
Then I got a pair of pliers and just squeezed the bushing and she broke free easily!
